RETURN POLICY

Buying a handmade item on-line is challenging. It is difficult to fully appreciate the feel and quality built-in to the piece. If you are not happy with your purchase, the item can be returned within two weeks of receipt. Please drop me an email ahead of time so I know you are requesting a refund.  You are responsible for return postage, insurance and the returning the piece is in original condition.

ARE YOUR WOOD PIECES FOOD SAFE?

Yes, all pieces by KlocMade are finished with food safe products. All hand-crafted pieces should NOT be put into a dishwasher, microwave or refrigerator. When using then for food, simply wash the bowl with dish soap and water then dry immediately.
